Because I am big on tradition and short on time I am re-posting my favorite holiday appetizer recipe of all time: Cranberry Salsa.
My friend Celine brought it to a book club holiday party a few years ago and I have been madly in love with this dish ever since. If I could marry it, I would. The recipe below calls for fat cream cheese because it was originally used by the UCSD Medical Center to promote heart-health, but I suggest going for the gusto with full-fat cream cheese (tis the season, right?). Also, I’ve tried it on several types of crackers and Wheat Thins are still my favorite.
